Breakfast was great, staff was really kind and helpful, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable.

Maybe there were few bathrooms compared to the number of people.

The hostel is far more good than I imagined! It only took me 5 minute by walk from the train station to hostel. We have free wifi, free coffee and tea. There are lots of bathroom and toilets and they are clean. And the shopkeeper is very nice, always smile to us and even let me stay for an afternoon after i checked out.

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, the hostel was extraordinarily clean. Breakfast was good, and the atmosphere and decor were extremely nice and comfortable. Location was also fantastic.

The bed was a little uncomfortable.

I was amazed at the quality of all the services provided at such a price. The bathrooms were nice and clean, the decor of the communal areas was delightful and the inclusive breakfast was wonderful. (Plus the day we arrived they had free ice cream!)

I found the bunk bed I slept on a little hard - but then my bed at home is far too soft so I largely blame this complete on the fragility of my weak spine.

Loved extensive and astonishing breakfasts, and clean hotel.

The room was compact, with the showers etc, a shared bathroom and Netflix, slept really well. The staff was pleasant, provided a fast check-in and an easy check-out. Our accommodation was set in a very central location close to city centre, and Bute Park.

The place is very clean comfortable and nice, hotel stuff is very helpfull, nice tv lounge, dining room, excellent kitchen, very good breakfast, free tee and coffee facilities. The only thing the room is not really big, it was 4 beds in my room and not alot space. . Buit very clean toilets and showers. Everything is new and clean. Free wi fi as well. So Would go back !
